CHS advise Councils on the LATC model

Following the successful implementation of the Essex LATC by CHS a number of like minded Councils are being assisted by CHS in developing the model.  This will see new opportunity for in house adult social provider service arms and enable services to be adapted in meeting both efficiency requirements and the implementation of the Personalisation agenda.  The LATC model continues to offer the best option for many provider arms to remain competitive and respond to the need to remodel the service base.  For more information on the LATC model please visit our home page information sheet.
