Community Care Online Seminar – 12 November – the key to Reablement

RMark Lloyd CHS Director will be one of the first ‘expert’ speakers to appear on the new Community Care Magazine online seminars on the 12th November 2009.     Mark will share his experience of working for Essex Cares in developing the new Reablement Service – an intensive six week progamme of support and intervention focused on assisting people discharged from hospital move towards greater independence.
