Essex Cares looks to recruit its first Board.

Care and Health Solutions Directors are preparing Essex Cares to implement its succession plan and recruit to the leadership roles on the Board, including Chair, MD, Commercial Director and Non Executive Directors. These are crucial posts for this fledgling business and require experienced and commercially skilled social care professionals to cement and develop its place in the local market but also with a view to opportunities that may exist both within and beyond the Essex borders. Essex Cares has a national profile despite being a local company and there has been keen interest from across the UK for this exciting new venture; the first Social Care Local Authority Trading Company in the Country.
