Both Mark and Mike will be leading a workshop for Chief Executives and Directors of national adult provider agencies involved with the delivery of older care services.

The workshop will focus on the roll out of personalisation and reablement in the public sector; enabling an active discussion regarding both the vision and planning required to facilitate national charities and provider agencies response to possibly the most radical changes underway in the social care sector for the past 30 years.

Both Mark and Mike will be able to share their direct experience of delivering both the personalisation and reablement agendas and help advise senior managers on how to tailor their businesses to this massive agenda changes.
