CHS will offer Councils, Health Agencies, and Third Sector Businesses a complete strategic service to deliver efficiency savings, service redesign, and the change management and implementation to deliver approved outcomes and savings requirements. Achieving and finding solutions that protect front line service delivery remains our priority in the current economic climate.
Specifically this includes some of the following options:-
- Present to Councils on potential service redesign options;
- Draft option appraisals for Councils on future positioning of existing in-house provision;
- Prepare Business Cases for Member and Cabinet approval;
- Lead on stakeholder consultation including engagement with the public;
- Project manage the implementation programme and deliver new legal businesses;
- Provide direct support during the early stages of trading for new social enterprises, trading companies, and mutual societies;
- Acting as a continual sounding board for Councils through the political change process;
- Support Commissioning Agencies establish greater integration with the arrival of GP Consortia.
