CHS will:
facilitate and support organisations develop strategic proposals in line with Government and local Policy regarding the delivery of Adult Social Care and Health Related service provision.- provide market research on Adult Social Care and Health Related services at a national and local level and relate and make relevant market intelligence to the needs of our clients in understanding their own unique market needs.
- deliver agreed strategic documents for commissioning and provider agencies and deliver outcomes against approved business plan models using our team of associates.
- deliver the remodelling of services and redesign to ensure new models of delivery meet required needs. This includes externalisation and tender of services, creation of social enterprise and trading company models, and modernise of service delivery models.
- review service models in the light of Government Policy on Personalisation and increased customer choice and control, highlighting best practice and redesign of service models to meet both the needs of service users but also the meeting of required performance targets.
- bring direct experience of developing new models of Adult Social Care and Health Related Services including adapting and remodelling older registered care homes into extra care models, converting health related learning disability registered services into Supported Housing models, and adapting traditionally domiciliary care services to meet the Government agenda on reablement and extensive support models.
- bring an award winning track record in the delivery of Private Finance Initiative schemes (PFI) and has associates who have delivered new PFI schemes across the health, social care, and housing sectors.
- provide senior executive interim managers and Directors with track records in working in complex public sector organisations.
