CHS:
can offer support and management in the delivery of services across the Adult Social Care spectrum including services for older people (including specialist dementia models of delivery) and Learning and Physical Disability provision and support.- brings a track record of working cross sector for public and private sector organisations involved in the delivery of Adult Social Care Services.
- will support provider agencies through tender processes advising on latest thinking in service delivery.
- bring direct experience of helping organisations achieve high performing standards particularly in relation to CSCI and Health Care Commission Standards.
- can provide training programmes through our associates to meet the needs of provider agencies. This includes management development programmes and specialist programmes including Safe Guarding Adults and health and safety courses to meet core statutory requirements for provider agencies.
- can offer internal and external models of quality assurance designed to enable organisations to demonstrate clearly defined outcomes. Care and Health bring direct experience of a raft of QA models including Investor In People, Charter Mark, and ISO.
- bring direct experience of introducing models of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and risk management audit at both strategic governance and operational management levels.
- will place interim managers to project manage and deliver operational services to agreed standards and outcomes.
